Mission Statement

 

Our Mission is for men to declare the centrality of Christ in every man's life and all of their relationships. Men's ministry leads to the spiritual growth of men and effective discipleship. This purpose is served as men are called to model the servant leadership of Jesus Christ.

Did you know that if a child is the first person in a household to become a Christian, there is a 3.5 percent probability everyone else in the household will follow?   If the mother is the first to become a Christian, there is a 17 percent probability everyone else in the household will follow. But if the father is first, there is a 93 percent probability everyone else in the household will follow.   Sid Woodriff

 

 

It's no secret.  Almost twice as many women as men belong to United Methodist Churches, and the absence of men affects the spiritual health of families, congregations and communities.

2009 Bay Bears Game Night Out

 

Eleven men and two children attended this outing.  The Bay Bears led most of the game but came up short 10-4 in the final innings. The group had a great night.
